Receptionist

Our team is growing alongside with our operations and we are seeking to recruit a receptionist to join us in our Limassol office.

Our team is growing alongside with our operations and we are seeking to recruit a receptionist to join us in our Limassol office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, forward and manage phone calls
  • Main reception management, tasked with facilitating clients, visitors, associates, suppliers and communication/mail
  • Other reception related duties assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Self-motivated and with a positive attitude.
