Systems Administrator

Our Firm is seeking an entry level systems administrator and IT support to join our Team and assist in implementing our digital upgrades plan as well as to ensure that continuous maintenance and support is provided to our users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside our external IT service providers and assisting in designing, developing, implementing and coordinating IT systems, policies and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing our digital upgrades plan both in terms of hardware and software.
  • Daily monitoring systems performance in coordination with our external IT providers. Make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in introducing new technologies and tools (e.g. AI etc.), aiming to optimize UX.
  • Ensure data security, network access and systems backup.
  • Day-to-day onsite support to users.
  • Performing software updates and assisting in customizations.
  • Keeping processes and support documentation up-to-date.
  • Compliance with GDPR in IT systems.


Qualifications:

  • College/University student in IT related fields. A relevant Degree will be considered an advantage.
  • Prior relevant experience is not required but it would be positively viewed.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Team player attitude, a creative thinker and fast learner.
  • Must have integrity, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Detail oriented and conscientious approach.
