Having founded the firm in 1972, Peter guides our team with over 50 years of experience and an array of knowledge. Peter is an expert in international tax planning and trusts as well as a respected businessman in Cyprus and abroad.
Andry Panteli
Chief Executive Officer
Andry joined PGE&Co in 1994 and having attained fellow membership with the ACCA and ICPAC, she worked through the ranks, rising to the position of CEO in 2023. An experienced and highly competent individual, with main areas of expertise being auditing, international tax planning and VAT.
Neophytos Sofocleous
Chief Operations Officer
Neophytos has been appointed as the COO of PGE&Co in 2023, with his main responsibilities being the Business Development, IT infrastructure as well as handling a portfolio of audit and tax clients. He is a member of the ACCA since 2008 and has joined our firm in 2011.
Maria Panteli Neophytou
Chief Compliance Officer | HR | Quality Control
Having been appointed as the CCO of PGE&Co in 2023, Maria is currently heading the Compliance and Human Resources Departments. She excels in quality control, specializing in compliance, HR and GDPR. Maria is an FCA with the ICAEW and a member of ICPAC since 2005 and has joined our firm in 2011.
Christodoulos Christodoulou
Senior Audit Manager
Christodoulos is a seasoned audit manager with over 20 years of experience. His expertise focuses on consolidated financial statements and statutory audits but also extends to business and large project valuations in Cyprus and abroad. He joined PGE&Co in 2010, adding value to the firm and our clients ever since.
Antigone Theodotou

Antigone accumulates over 15 years of experience in audit and taxation, specializing in multiple industries. She is an FCA with the ICAEW and a member of ICPAC. Antigone has joined PGE&Co in 2010 and has been handling a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring their compliance with all statutory requirements.

Xenia has over 18 years of expertise in our firm's audit division. Specializing in audits, tax computations, and financial advisory, she maintains a large portfolio of our audit clients servicing them at high quality standards. Xenia is a fellow member with the ACCA and a member of ICPAC.

Marie-Elena is an expert in audit and assurance services, encompassing tax computations, financial advisory and consultation. She joined PGE&Co in 2004 and has been a valuable and loyal asset of our firm ever since, servicing a significant portfolio of our clients.
