***IMPORTANT UPDATE***
The deadline for submission of the personal tax return as per below, together with the payment of the resulting income tax, has been extended up to 31 October 2024.
PREVIOUS UPDATE (21/5/2024)
The personal tax return (TD1) for the tax year 2023 is now available for submission in Cyprus, through the online TAXISnet system.
Employees, self-employed individuals and pensioners whose gross income exceeds €19,500 are obliged to submit their tax return by 31 July 2024.
The penalty for late submission is €100.
The tax return has been released by the Cyprus Tax Department much sooner compared to previous years and it includes certain automations, facilitating its accurate and timely submission by the taxpayers and their representatives.
