This is a question lingering in many people's minds... and it has been clarified by the Cyprus Tax Department in a recent circular.

The circular applies to all accommodation rentals through online platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com etc.) as "self-service accommodations".

The updated DTT between Cyprus and France enhances economic collaboration between the two countries.
